HELP REQUIRED FROM LOCAL RESIDENTS OF BENAMARGOSA

I am looking for a house to purchase in Benamargosa, 4 bed with a small avocado plantation.
The idea started with http://www.andalusia-properties.com/property-details/4-bedroom-fincas-dehesas-for-sale-in-velez-malaga-malaga-avocado-paradise/ however, I have been unable to contact the agent in relation to the property as I think she has closed permanently.
Does any one recognise this property ?
Does anyone know of a similar property thats for sale . Must be 4 bed 2 bath with avocado.
