Would anyone know a good shop in arroyo to buy the above please. I need somewhere that speaks English and as calling from the Uk somewhere I can either order online or by phone.

Try Leroy Merlin if they have one that will deliver to you. Don't expect anyone in Spain to speak English. Only if you find a second hand dealer might you get help in English.
You can buy from Leroy Merlin online without have to speak to anyone and they have many different sizes, colors etc and good quality.
If you want something second hand best to check FB in your area. You might find an English furniture broker that way.
