We are moving to the area soon and would like to know if there is a vets close to Mijas that you can recommend ? Also the fees are they similar to the uk? What documents do we need? Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you 😁

when you say mijas, do you mean pueblo or costa ? very different places, but only 10 minutes or so between them, theres a vets on the roundabout by lidl at mijas costa - next to tescos !

We have always used isabel ortega, just off the roundabout at the top of town, a couple of doors down from the estanco (ciggie shop) on the mijas Road.
She is kind and gentle, she always does her best for our cats and dogs.
There is also one vet in town just down from mercadona, we have seen him a couple times, the 24h vet on the coin road, and another one opposite Peugeot down the bottom of town
