The main builder did not speak any Spanish but he had a colleague working with him who spoke fairly good English and he does small jobs ( good all round handyman). ... Most of the other tradesman like the electrician, plumber, pool guys are all local too and the handyman knows them all, he is called Dani 622 809 069.
