Has anybody stayed in the civil hospital malaga and if so what is the food like visiting etc

my brother in law has been in for prostrate cancer
food is very good
The Covid restrictions apply affecting visiting so best to check with hospital as this is ever changing but number of visitors and precautions etc
Spanish healthcare in my opinion is very good
