Hello,
I read the Go Fund Me page and see he was an architect BUT did he do anything for this world? Did he help animals? Did he give back during the time that he was not sick?
Its nice that this 'local' man has friends trying to help him but so many humans and animals need help. Why would I help him? I didn't see a reason in your post.

Yes, David has rescued 6 cats over the years and loved them back to health and happiness. He has 3 today, each, in the past needing lengthy and costly treatment at the vet's. David also had a difficult childhood, needing to be a carer to both his elderly father and mother who suffered from mental illness and alcoholism. I am aware that he gives his time to various support groups, for teenagers growing up around addiction and mental illness. In his career, i know he did one of the first sustainable, green energy schools for a local authority, and has won awards for the conservation of historic buildings in the uk.
