We are a retired lively retired couple from Kent uk.We descided rather than vegitate to do some traveling. We have been in Calabria Italy for 9month which was wonderful and are now living in torrox costa for at least a yr. we would love to meet some English speaking people to have a coffee and a chat with.

We have a swimming pool, which needs ongoing maintenance. Having never had a pool before,having someone to maintain it ,seems the best thing todo. So can anyone recommend someone locally?

We have been burgled 3 times this year. July, Sept and October. We had small items taken and 2 bicycles. The intruders caused a lot of damage. If you have been burgled please report it to the police. The Guardia Civil in Nerja have a task force called " Operacion Cortijo" who are trying to catch the gangs that operate in this area. We were fortunate that one of the twits that broke in posted a picture on his facebook page showing off our bike - so the police caught and charged him
