 Looking for a change of location and lifestyle. 

I am doing a small extension (one room on the roof) in a town house in San Pedro in November.  The builder is Spanish and does not speak English. I will need someone to liaise between  me and the builder, as I will not be in Spain during that time. The person should speak English and Spanish and have an interest in building/interior design. It will involve choosing lights, sockets and other fittings and general communication with the builder should the need arise.
