Hello, I am wondering if there is any info on this development? Looks "middle aged", with quite a few apartments available. How is the quality and occupancy. I wonder what the position would be with community fees? Also whether it would be possible to obtain a tourist license for such a location?

Going on holiday to Nerja at some stage, have been to it few times, interested to know if theirs any social classes available anywhere in Nerja for Sequence Dancing, Modern Ballroom or Latin

I live in the UK and own an apartment in Nerja town centre. Our property manager is retiring and I'm looking for recommendations for a new company. It's a low-key job as we don't rent the apartment out on AirBnb or rental sites, only family and close friends use it, but we need someone to clean/prepare/sort laundry before and after visits. Hello, I have booked an apartment in Nerja from mid December until the end of January and am hoping to meet up with any ex pats in Nerja who I could join for walks, swimming and other social activities. Also, possibly Spanish lessons, as I am currently taking Spanish classes at Night School.

I have tried so many times to contact the tourist board but it seems me to the website where I can't get the info. I have also all infonerja. Does anyone know when the Nerja Christmas lights will begin and also the Christmas market. Looking to drive down at the end of November/early December. Many thanks.
