On the 20th of January I lost my necklace on the beach walk between Marbella Town and Besaya Beach (restaurant). Long golden chain and a pendant that is an elephant.

Sold my villa which we renovated and it cost us about 50,000 euro, the abogada is claiming I cannot claim for the planning permission and had I not secured it the town hall could have knocked down the villa, the local builders gave me receipts for every item I bought and they did not note the IBI separately, I have all the bills for the Notary who failed to register the villa and her costs were more than 7000 euro, we had to hire a topographer and paid him 450 euro plus tax,  then we had to hire another notary to correct the first notary work, the abogada is saying I cannot claim them,  I have not itemised the AFO we paid for which has the IBI on it, the land registry fined us Euro 700 for the Notary not registering the house!   Does anyone know what we can off set for this tax they are withholding?

We were on the 8pm bus and when we got off the bus a small carry on balck case was left but not ours -  presume taken mistakenly.  We left details at the bust station for them to call but no one has called us and no one can help me on the phone.  Any suggestions -  nothing valuable but my daughter wants her clothes back

We have boxes with our tvs that were installed by Robsat tv some time ago that have 5 UK tv channels. The only way to change the channels is with the remote attached to the boxes but we have arrived to fine the remote will not respond to the boxes and we cannot change the channels. I have tried basic ways of trying to make them work ie changing batteries in the remotes, pulling out the wires from the back of the boxes to maybe clear the problem but the boxes just default to one channel.Can anyone recommend a satellite tv expert that could help me solve my problem.
