Hi just looking for general information about thoughts on Competa to those who live or have holiday homes. Looking to buy just outside Competa but not too familiar with the area.. The purchase will be holiday homes for family including my young boys. Can anyone advice on climate in the winter months? We did a whistle stop tour but feel we need to find out more so any advice welcome. Thanks 

Good Afternoon Folks   I   would just like to advise all in the area of a so called " carpenter "  Sammuel Paul Greenstock who  is now towting for buisiness in your area . He was operating out of Mojacar and has now moved on after leaving many many customers  out of pocket in the area. He will talk the talk promise you everything , take a deposit and leave. He even may  make a start on the work in an effort to get money from you but has previous for not returning to complete the work leaving you with a bathroom or kitchen looking like a building site.  Please check Mojacar forums fo confirm my comments.DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY   He is a con man  be warned

I have seen adverts for companies who offer long term parking at Malaga Airport so we can pick up our own car and leave it when we visit our Holiday home.

Has anyone had any experience good or bad or offer any advice?
