I have an electric organ that has a fault it is a Hammond and a few years old the notes of B not working

Hi all.

We are buying an apartment in Estepona and have noticed around the apartment block a load of dog mess!

There are signs up asking to pick up but it seems some people are ignoring it. Has anybody else had this problem and any suggestions who to contact if it continues.
