Awaiting residente but registered in town hall can my son register in health center in Alora?

You didnt get an answer to your question because its very specific to your situation. Its best you talk to a local professional where you can explain your precise situation.
I would say however if you have only registered your padron and you are still awaiting residencia and you do not pay into the system then I cannot see how he could register for public heathcare??
