Can anyone recommend: Plumber/heating engineer

Just bought a property in Velez Malaga, the gas water heater system is not igniting. we had an engineer out to look at it but there was difficulties with the language barrier as my Spanish is limited.
If anyone could recommend an English speaking plumber it would be much appreciated.
