Thats Fantastic, thanks for your kind reply, I have just been to my house in Velez Malaga in September.

So unfortunately it will be maybe June/July 2023 when myself and my wife come over again.

My House is at the top of the steps just up the street from The MUVVEL MUSEUM. in the old part of Velez.

We are practically neighbours. We live 100m from the Museum in Calle Carrasco.

Just to fill you in. I am a painter/decorator and general builder/handyman.

A few years ago, I built an entire Ikea kitchen with plumbing etc, so I know their product very well.

So, when you get back and if you need any jobs done I am available.

We only moved here last summer so I am still finding my feet/work etc.

Hi Mark.

Thats super, I have looked on Google Maps, that mini market GALLARDOS blue and white stripes is where we get bits and bats from we pop in the bar next to the museum some times after visiting town on our way back (some characters in there ah ah all Spanish)

Oh talking of plumbing - Our water boiler won't fire up, We bought the house last August/Sept2021 our estate agent got us a bottle of gas I tried to ignite the water boiler when we first went in February this year, no luck. when we went recently in September a spanish guy

 From Fontalia Instalacions Velez kept in touch on what's app but never come, he sent me another text when we was back in the U.K.

We live on Calle Monte Carmelo top of the steps past the house on the right hand side on google maps.

I have logged your spanish number on my mobile, I will let you know when we book a holiday next year. Can I just call your number direct if I am in spain, No Codes etc

Absolutely, call any time. How often do you get to come out, or plan to come out?

Yes, we call that bar Shouty Bar...for obvious reasons.

If the boiler is relatively new, it should not be a problem.

25/26 degrees here. I had a swim in Caleta yesterday...fresh but lovely. I don't know where in the UK you are but my parents in Surrey told me it was like summer yesterday.

Apart from Viewing the house last August and stopping at Hotel Torre, in Torre Del mar. We have been to our house 2 x times this year 

Feb & September both for 9 x days However next year we are planning on going for 2 x weeks as 9 x days goes to quick.

You've hit it on the nail about that bar next to the Museum The Shouty Bar everyone shouts up the bar to other people, I normally grab a table and a couple of chairs and sit near the TV, Theres another big bar in town round the corner from Masipan Cafe, they shout that loud, it sounds like their kicking off ah ah

I am from Manchester originally, but live with my wife in Huddersfield West Yorkshire for the last 20 years.
