untrustworthy bank practices

Last tuesday evening my wife and i did a card cash transfer to our spanish bank.

This is electronic and should have been in our bank within seconds.

No it did not appear and despite me phoning up at least  3 times it still has not appeared(today is Monday)

and i was told it could take 1.2. or even 7 days to be in my account.

We have done these transfers before when they were credited immediately(cost 10 euros).

I WOULD NEVER DO THIS AGAIN AND WISH I HAD JUST GONE TO AN ATM.

Beware everybody i am trying to save you the same hassle that we have had.
