Hi all

I’m trying to login in to the Unicaja online banking. We’ve been advised our login is our NIE number and the password is the number we have received by text however I’m having no luck. I’m wondering if the NIE number is entered with/without letters. I’ve tried all options and losing the will to live so any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

You have to enter your NIE in full letters and numbers. However there is a code to enter which is texted to you. If you haven't registered a mobile number with the bank you won't be able to log in. We had to visit the bank as the app will not accept UK mobile numbers. Good luck.

Hi, you need to enter your entire NIE number then the password that you used when you set up initially. Every now and again I receive a text to my UK mobile (I live in the UK) with a security number and you insert that too. It isn't asked for each time. If you have any hassle and cannot get an answer from Unicaja on private messaging (and don't want to call customer services) I have an international email address and they answered my query within hours.

The "Forgot Password" option says your login can be Passport/NIE/DNI. Maybe try your passport number?
