Correspondence with local residents

My wife and I left Spain in 2018 to live in Australia. We married in Gibraltar after she had lived in Spain for 18 years and I for 3 years. Australia, where I have lived since 1984, has turned into a Police State and as such we wish to look at moving back to Spain and see Vinuela as a good destination. We are looking at the site "Inland Andalucia" and have selected a number of properties to pursue, however, we notice large price reductions and many places for sale unlike the Costa Blanca area where we lived before (Pedreguer).
