Yes there is a dentist and he can speak English. If you ask the same question on the Villanueva Facebook site carol and Clive will give you the details. I’ve not been myself yet but intend to very soon. hope this helps.

I went to the Centro Medico and they spoke English. There is an English speaking dentist by the Bar Jaun Maria as well
