No water from outside tap.

Hello

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas before we call a plumber. We have an outside cold water tap in a townhouse we use for watering plants etc. The water has suddenly stopped although the water both hot and cold is working no problem inside the house. Not sure if the water comes from a different system. So was thinking would it be low pressure or water shortage if it does run on a different system. We have just recently bought the property and not up to speed on all the ins and outs of living in Spain.

Lily, I'd look for a separate stop cock, maybe in the street that serves your outside tap, that has been turned off. I say this as the layout of our house is exactly that.

The house water stopcock is under a plate on the wall o/s the kitchen. The o/s tapstop is in the street, under a metal cover
