Hello,

I am looking for property in Villanueva del Trabuco or Rosario.

I will be eventually looking for a loc al builder to carry out works within the property as im unlikely to get what I want without some work needed.

Any recommendations would be good as I’m looking to view property on 19th Nov, 20th Nov, 21st Nov or 22nd November and would like a builder to also attend to get price for the renevations.

Can anyone help with this?

Thank you

Wendy

Hi Wendy. Might be better if you find a house you like then ask about builders. All the good ones are busy. Arrange for a builder on your second viewing. Good Luck. Its beautiful round here.

I very rarely have ever had second viewings on houses I’ve only ever bought on the spot if I like and always take a builders for an opinion. There isn’t many I'm going to look at and same location so didn’t think it would be a problem. I would pay for their time I wouldn’t expect it for free. But I’m sure with all the weather issues they will be busy at this time now. It was more the structural opinion and quote for roof terrace I needed as my husband can put his hands to most things DIY due to having renovated our rental portfolio in the uk.

Thanks

Wendy
