I have a padron and NIE, I rent a house in the pueblo. I do not have a Spanish bank account. I have private medical insurance. I want residencia.

I am in the process too. My advice is find a lawyer to do your residency and as long as it is filed before the end of the year EU rules apply. Good luck. Peter

Thank you Peter, I was wondering if someone other than a solicitor was interested in helping, I'd rather pay someone rather than an official.

I have a good lawyer who did everything. The point is if it is important to have your filing registered by 31/12/20 lawyers can file electronically. They have an access we don't as I understand it.

Yes I did, they told me exactly what I needed, I emailed all the docs across to them and they submitted my application to the authorities within 2 days from receiving my paperwork. Then they forwarded the receipt of my application.

All the best and I hope it works out.

Mark
