Reliable Solicitor Needed

Hi,

Hope someone can help me..

I live with my partner on a usually quiet urbanization in Torrox Costa. The trouble is that the owners of the Villa next door are renting out their property for Holiday & Short Break lets. Unfortunately various guests generate a lot of noise & loud music, sometimes well into the night, & we have called the local Police to stop the noise many times..

We need to talk to a reliable solicitor to see if we can put a stop to this, but are having trouble finding a reliable lawyer.

Does anyone know of a solicitor they can recommend?

I don't really think you need a lawyer.

1. Be positive – politely raise the issue and explain what the problem is for you – 'most issues can be resolved in this way'

2. Raise the issue with your community of owners if the property belongs to one – you may find that others have raised their concerns too and you can tackle it on a community basis.

3. You can make a denuncia – if you go to your nearest Guardia Civil station and report the noise you might be surprised at the speed of reaction – this is an increasing priority in Spain and just one denuncia can lead to a police visit.

Thanks for reply, Wehave tried most of this, hasn't provided long term solution, hence trying to go legal. Thanks for help anyway

Carmen at CS Lawyers was very good when we bought our property. She's in T Costa & Torre Del Mar

I highly recommend Capital Consulting in Calle Angel, Malaga. They speak very good English and I use them for all my legal needs. http://www.capitalconsulting.org/ 610 79 73 79 and the solicitor I use is Jose Carlos Diaz.
