Hello all,

We are hopefully completing our townhouse purchase towards the end of July so will be coming over to Torrox Pueblo for a few days.

In the limited time we are here (without the kids!) we want to try to buy some garden furniture for the rooftop, bedding etc and a TV. Could anyone recommend some local for this?

Thanks so much!

Chris

Chris

We have also just purchased a townhouse..... we are travelling over the second week of July to do the very same thing.   We are considering buying the roof terrace furniture from Amazon … but been advised to speak to Paco  on Calle Baja first.  I will let you know how we get on.

We need to sort out wifi, tv, bedding etc.   Hoping to get everything in Torrox....  Keep us posted on what you decide . will be an interesting time for us.... exciting....

Thank you both, really appreciate the advice. We will try Paco too. Anything as close as possible as we will only have a really short period of time before we come over again for a weeks in August.

Will amazon.es deliver on my current Amazon UK account do you know?

Thanks again and best of luck Maggie too!

Axartel for the WiFi - They do a pay as you go service you just activate whilst you are in the property.

Eroski at El Ingenio for your TV.

Chris, how did you go about organising your WIFI with Axartel ?

Did you get your furniture for your terrace?

I am over in Torrox on Wednesday night for a few days - so wanting to get things sorted before our big family holiday in August.

Hi Maggie,

I just phoned them and they were really helpful. I have liaised with someone called Katy Leal, she has been really helpful.

What I will say is that I had to book the installation in advance (we come over on the 23rd), so it may be a bit late notice. Fingers crossed it will be fine and they can sort it for you. You are paying them after all!

No furniture sorted, we planned to go to Paco as you recommended. Keep in touch if you'd like. If you go to Paco's (or anywhere else in the Pueblo or Costa) and find prices and stock good, please let me know!

Things like kettles, cafetieres, microwaves, tvs etc. My head is spinning thinking about what we need to get!

Cheers,

Chris

Hi......I deal with Katy as well and have found the service to be excellent. The Engineers that installed my router were very good and courteous. All in all top notch service for me to date!
