Good morning 🌞 Spain's prime minister was on BBC news saying PCR tests are no longer required to enter Spain. Has this been put into place on ground level when crossing borders or are tests still required,

We are coming to Malaga on 19th July and staying in Torrox Pueblo. Is there anywhere local that we can get a PCR test done before we fly back to England ?
