Lifestyle in Torrox

Hi I am hoping to gain some help with moving to Torrox pueblo, 

I am trying to put a annual list of expenses which needs to include the IBI, property tax. Unfortunately on web page's the information is always from 1%-19% but no close figure. 

So please any help would be much appreciated, i am looking at purchasing a 3 bedroom house in Torrox Pueblo 2 streets up from the plaza. Can anyone give an average annual cost of property tax. 

Also the cost of a market trading licence and which company to use for family health insurance.
