Can anyone recommend: A domestic weekly cleaner for small flat in Torremolinos.

Dad’s got dementia and I’m trying to keep him as independant as possible. Have had his apartment deep cleaned but wonderful cleaner only speaks Spanish. Would like to find an English cleaner who could possibly set out his weekly pills when I travel back to uk. Someone who could do a weekly wash (no washing machine at dad’s so might need to go to laundrette?) and clean his flat once or twice a week.
