Looking for information on moving to Spain. Where do I start. What do I need to do. Who should I contact to view properties. Can I get a job if I move. It's all very daunting but I need to start somewhere. If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.

Try reading How to Buy Spanish Property and move to Spain safely by Nick Snelling ...its a good read and covers all the pitfalls as there are many to consider as well as the positives ...good luck

Hi Shelly I’ve just moved from Wales. We spent over 2 years touring ( off and on) in our camper van - first Alicante then Malaga. We did Easy if Malaga and inland both sides before settling in Manilva- an hour west from the Airport. We liked this best as in terms of coastal properties, prices are very reasonable and you are far enough away from the airport for it not to be too built up. It’s greener than Alicante which was important to me ( I’m an outdoor girl). I now work as an Estate Agent here so would happily help in all property finding matters. My daughter has also made the move - in her own with 2 children so between us we could provide lots of advice. Get in touch if you would like to know more
