Help and advice for moving to Spain please

Hi all,
I am after as much useful help and advice as possible.
My girlfriend is Spanish and we have known each other 5 years and been in a relationship for 8 months.
i spend as much time with her as possible but limited to the 90 day rule.
we have a joint bank account and are financially linked but what is the easiest way to move and what might I need to do.
Writing this as I am currently returning from Malaga back to the UK and we both can not stand the separation between us.
