We are looking for motivated, hardworking people to join our exciting team at our new office in Torremolinos. Our Call Centre team support our members 24 hours a day, providing a peace of mind they have somewhere to turn at the touch of a button. As well as management of other healthcare data we provide a support structure that our member and the members of our partners rely on.

The role main purpose is managing the existing members as and when is needed and the management of healthcare data input on a regular basis.

General Purpose

Answer incoming calls from members and potential customers, assist in taking orders, over the phone translation, liaising with the Emergency services, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints,

troubleshoot problems and provide information where necessary.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

·  Answer calls and respond to emails

·  Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email

·  Manage and resolve members & customer issues.

·  Provide customers with product and service information

·  Enter new customer information into system

·  Update existing customer information

·  Process orders, forms, and applications

·  Identify and escalate priority issues

·  Follow up customer calls where necessary

·  Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

·  Complete call logs

·  Produce call reports

Data Management

·  Receiving healthcare data from notifications/checks from a dedicated system

·  Converting and manual input on a cloud-based server.

·  Checking the data list on an hourly basis.


·  High school diploma or equivalent required

·  Languages Required:  English & Spanish (Dutch an advantage)

·  Experience in Customer Service/Office an advantage

·  Good data entry and typing skills

·  Clear telephone manner in English & Spanish

Based in the office in Torremolinos the role required working shifts of 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm. This will be on a rotating Rota. The positions needs to be filled immediately.
