You are strongly advised to book an appointment so that you do not have to queue or find that they are too busy to test you before your flight:

I would pay the additional Euro 6, and get the test where you are staying, up to 72 hours prior to departure so that, if you test positive, and cannot fly, you have a day or three to make alternative arrangements.

You should also check that your intended travel insurance will pay out for the additional expenses of staying in Spain another 10 days to quarantine and the additional cost of the return commercial flight and/or a private jet to get you back immediately.
