ok so i now have the residencia BAR the fingerprint appointment and the issue of the card
Does any one know how you book this and unlike the TIE which for brexit is at the officina de extranjeros. ,malaga I understand the fingerprints is at the officina de policia in malaga -or can you go to any officina de policia ?we are in rincon de la Victoria

yes picked up TIE from officina de policia in malaga -no problem just enter and collect from reception but recommend you book so if stopped en route by police then you can show appointment
Hi Chatsworth, you’re correct that the fingerprints stage of the TIE is with the policia, but I believe you can do this in Torre del Mar. Hope that saves you a journey. Good luck.

Ah yes !! however i,m in benagalbon so technically i,m in rincon de la Victoria and hence malaga
