Help!! Garden irrigation and swimming pool specialist??

I live at Benajarafe and our garden irrigation (reigo) needs checking somewhat urgently
my swimming pool is akin to a garden pond Ie Green and I,ve tried a lot of "remedies " but no improvement
I have also thought about a Dosemeter which automatically measures the Ph and adjusts
Can any one recommend anyone who will sort these out asap
