We have recently purchased a property in Sotogrande which will be available next month. We are looking for a local agent company or individual who will help us manage the rental, changeover and upkeep of the property whilst we are in the UK. Are there any recommendations please ?

we use Malcolm and his team for our place in Casares Costa. They are taking care of cleaning, regular visits to control everything is fine. Malcolm is very helpful and flexible with kind of issues, and his team is doing a very good job. We don´t rent our our place, but for sure Malcolm can support you in this as well.
