Hi all
The house we purchased is short of the 500k required for the Golden visa
The shortage is relatively small 35k.
any advise on how to deal with this ? Do I have to find another property for that small amount ?
I appreciate any advise

I think you would have to buy another property, land does not count BTW the rule seems to be be an investment of 500,000 Euro. The Golden Visa applies to all property purchased after 2014.
