Where to buy an English keyboard laptop

I would like to upgrade my current laptop and need help in transferring all the data etc. Also, I have only been able to find Spanish keyboard computers here and although I can buy one from the UK or Gibraltar I would still need help in setting it up so someone to do this is the most important thing.
