Can anyone recommend anybody they know - happy to work with a local if they can speak some english who can help us out with a variety of work on a house starting with a clearance and a renovation. Our tenants have just moved and left the house in a terrible condition and since we don't live there, we really need somebody who is known. We have a building company for any big works; really we'd just rather work with someone in the long haul here.
Any help really gratefully received!
