Hi, is it possible to pay my IBI bill to Manilva Ayuntamiento by electronic transfer. If so does anyone know how to get the necessary details - bill itself, bank a/c and Iban info for the Ayuntamiento.

Presuming you have a Spanish Bank account with English text, call up your bank website (as you would to check statements, etc.) open your account page/account from which to pay local taxes (such as IBI)/ open 'other services' on the top toolbar/click 'paying municipal taxes'.
Fill in the form with the numerical details from your IBI bill: Emisora (issuing bank No.), Referencia (Reference No.), Identificacion (I/d No.) and the amount to be paid.
Press 'Continue' - and off you go …
