Awning repair

Hi

We have a holiday apartment here in princesa kristina. A local business fitted an electric awning in 2018 and it worked fine but was hardly used before covid disrupted everything. Last week we returned after 2.5 years gap and the awning isn’t responding at all to the remote control (no sound or movement). I anticipated dead batteries and replaced them without joy. I have had no response from the local business so am looking for someone who can determine the problem and suggest solution cost etc. I tried a company from estepona who said they would come today but don’t look like they are coming. I’m posting a photo of the remote as that is the only thing that shows any useful data. Hope someone can suggest local repair person who can speak English as I can’t speak Spanish regrettably. Thanks
