I am a retired lady who loves Sabinillas.

I am looking to rent an apartment near to the beach with a view to perhaps buying a property in the near future.

I am Irish so have a EU passport.

How difficult would it be for me to find a rental in either Sabinillas or Duquesa?

Thanks

Straightforward enough. Ideally you need to book a few days in a hotel or Air BnB or similar so that you have boots on the ground then, in tandem, get some viewings set up with agents of which there are plenty. I would go to Facebook, join the various Sabinillas & Duquesa groups and you will find masses of agents plus owners who rent privately. You can do it all remotely of course but its just a lot easier to be there in person plus you get to really see a place and its surroundings rather than images taken to make a place look good. If you do things remotely make sure that you do due diligence before parting with any money. Good luck.
