Mable floor problem

Hi there

we have bought an apartment in Sabinillas. We had the marble  floors treated and polished in December however when we 

visisted the property last weekend the  floor had patches all over it as if the sanding had not been done properly.

i have had the floor man back to look at it but he tells me that is it because of the humidity in the property as it is closed up ......

and that this is what is causing the problem.He expects this to happen again in the furture after he had resanded it. I have had other properties in spain over the years and never had that problem.

Is there anyone that can advise me what I should do .  If these patches are left they will gather dirt over time and it will 

be a mess.
