Freeview TV? You realise the normal terrestrial TV - UK equivalent of Freeview is all in Spanish?
You need a good internet connection and a TV with an HDMI input, (Does not need to be a smart TV) You can then get UK TV & BBC iPlayer in very high quality via a PC or a "Firestick" with 'VPN software', which shows your location is in UK. https://www.expressvpn.com/support/vpn-setup/setup-amazon-fire-stick-fire-tv/
