We are moving to the area east of Malaga into a long term rental. I know there are agencies to help us with all the steps to help.  Finding home, visa, residency, driving in Spain. Possibly called Gesto?  Can anyone recommend one from this area that you have used, English speaking please

We live on the east side of Malaga. We used Alex Radford,  based in Marbella. They are excellent at doing all this stuff. His team are highly efficient and speak English and Spanish. Alex is an English and also Spanish qualified lawyer. Can highly  recommend him and his team because they are most professional.

Hi im Ken from Dublin . Im in Nerja at the moment trying to find an apartment for long term rental . I have been in touch with a lot of different agencies  and they have a lot of choice on their Web sites . When I enquire they tell me oh thats not available .we have just one only finding an apartment on a one year lease is very difficult ..I've been to few and the estate agents say you must snap it up .bring your passport and be ready to pay 2 months rent + current month and in some cases a 500 euro deposit ...is this the way things are done here .? I don't know any of these agents and feel uncomfortable handing money over  .please if anyone has any advice ?
