I am a head chef/chef/cook, whatever you need really? I am looking to move to the Nerja area soon, along with my girlfriend. I am hoping to secure a position before we get there... My girlfriend's career is also in hospitality and that could come later?

I’m looking for advice really. I’m 53 and a Professional Pastry Chef. I have been a Hospitality Lecturer with 30 years experience.
The dream/plan to move to Nerja (paradise) having visited many times I am happy to leave UK and live out the rest of my days.
I am in the planning phase (learning Spainish/visas etc) and intend to initially relocate early 2024.
I am therefore looking to connect with companies/businesses who would consider my skill set and secure an offer of a position as a pastry chef or Lecturer.
As support, advice, connections would be much appreciated.
