THERE IS NO STRUCTURAL WORK ONLY COSMETIC

Hi thank you for your reply I've been to the local council with my builder who speaks fluent Spanish and because we are replacing the roof and some of the floors they said they will not let us begin without architect drawings otherwise we can be fined.
I presume they are requesting basic drawings

Hi, call Liam on 638211105. He's a qualified architect on the Costa del Sol. He will be able to inform you correctly as to whether or not you need an architect. Regards.
