Hi everyone, my husband and I are coming to Nerja next month to look at properties for long term rental. As we are pensioners and therefore have a strict budget could you please advise approx costs of electricity, water, basura, broadband etc for a two bedroom house. I realise that this won’t be exact but would give us a ballpark figure to work on. Thanks in advance 😀
Depends on if the house is on an urbanisation and what is included. We pay €24 a month for broadband with Axartel but your lication depends on what you can get. Our electricity in.the winter was about €75 a month (lights, electric heaters, oven) in a 3 bed house. We have a gas hob and we have had the same bottle since Xmas, €15. Our water and rubbish is included in our Urb fees, which are about €300 a quarter and our council tax is about €180 a year (i think).
