Question on tenant not paying rent. I know there is an eviction process that a landlord has to start when a tenant refuses to pay rent and refuses to move out. I know that locks cannot be changed and the tenant cannot be forced out. After 2 months of not paying rent the contract is naturally terminated and the tenant notified.

My question is can the landlord move in to the property along with the tenant....even if the tenant is not in agreement? Is there a law against this? Im guessing there is but would like to know for sure.

I suggest you speak to a lawyer, unless one here, you will only be unqualified advice.

Yes thank you. I would confirm with a lawyer. Just wondering if anyone had heard of it before. Thank you for replying.

citizen advice Spain is useful as is idealista website on landlord and tenant law contracts but getting bespoke advice from a professional is optimum
