Living with type 1 diabetes in the Costa del Sol

Hi everyone
My wife daughter and I are hoping to move out to the Malaga area in about 18 months time. I was wondering if anybody has moved from the UK to the Costa del Sol who is diabetic and if so how do you go about getting insulin.
I have had type 1 diabetes for 33 years and I use a pump and libre freestyle monitor.
If anybody knows the costs or is there medical insurance that covers any of the costs I would be very grateful if you could pass on the information.
