I have had the same problem with a glass door. Leroy Merlin tells me it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it. I have sent 4 emails and they have only replied to one. I called everyday for a week and each time they tell me me they will make a claim against the transport company and then be in touch. Nothing yet! 

I’m thinking of completing an online complaint form and then contacting my credit card company.

Best bet is to go back to the store. Spain is a bit like May other cultures they are not very responsive to email. You will probably have to make a fuss.

We are only in Spain for a limited time and it has been 22 days since the order was made and the money paid so I do think I have the right to be concerned as we are still told a new delivery date will be issued(none as yet).Although not very helpful I appreciate the fact that you read my message and responded.
