Moving back to Spain

Hi.
I wanted some opinions from people already living is spain. I have 3 young children and me and my husband want to return to Spain after living in uk for 5 years.
We want to know how bad the job situation really is from people already out there? My husband is fluent in Spanish and can also read and write it to a very good standard. We both worked in Malaga previously. We are just worried as people have told us it's impossible to find a job.
Any help would be appreciated
